A comprehensive path to the pastorate (P2P) that is possible and, if taken, likely to result in producing a pastor.
An understanding of what the pastorate is/should be.
A search for qualified, good men for the pastorate.
A recognition that the laborers are few—therefore, we need to present a challenge to pursue, a plan to carry out, an encouragement to continue, and an opportunity to invest through mentoring in this slow and long work of discipling pastors.
A mindset that recognizes that the pastorate is a key battle ground in the spiritual war we fight.
A trained, experienced, and faithful pastor.
